About us

We are a privately owned family business and have been established for 53 years in Knowl Hill. Ideally situated on the A4 between Maidenhead and Reading and with close access to the M4 and M40 the shop is easily accessed from surrounding areas.

We would like to thank all our customers for their support in what has been a difficult year during the pandemic. Difficult for many of you and difficult for the business as suppliers have been unable to get machinery and tools or have a long wait for delivery.

We have been fortunate due to keeping a large stock, however this needs replacing when sold and although we still have an Aladdin’s Cave of tools and machinery, there may be some items not in stock. So please give us a ring We stock a comprehensive range of hand, automotive, power tools, as well as compressors, generators and woodworking tools. As an independent company with years of experience in the tool industry, we can offer advice on most makes and models to suit the needs of the job in hand.

The shop is open Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm and Sat 9.00am to 5.00pm.   Our website shows just a few of the lines we stock so if you are looking for a socket set from 1/4″ to 1” drive – individual sockets, spanners etc on the hand tool range or light duty to heavy duty sanders, drills, routers etc. please do call in the shop to see the range we have or just give us a ring.

On the left of this page you will see a few links to just some of the products we stock. We keep in stock a full range of DeWalt machinery and power tools. Also not shown are pressure washers including petrol powered, jacks, space heaters etc. Toolbank Express offers our customers the benefit of ordering direct from them using this link.  However there is value in actually seeing and holding a hand tool or power tool, as all users know.
